"Unfortunately, our industry in general never trained female experts. Always men prepared. Work was connected with a hard work" — the head of Lukoil added. Earlier Alekperov said that the close relative will not be his successor on a post of the head of Lukoil. According to Alekperov, he issued transfer of the stocks of the company owned by it in a trust, and his successor will not be able to manage them.
