Expenses on service of an external debt of Russia in the first half of the year 2018 in comparison with the same period of last year have grown by 30,7% — to 95,3 billion rubles, follows from an analytical note of Audit Chamber. Such growth in Audit Chamber was explained "with placement in March, 2018 of the state securities of the Russian Federation within operation of exchange for the state securities of the Russian Federation of other releases in foreign currency in coordination with their owners". Expenses on service of an internal debt of Russia have grown in the first half of the year in comparison with the same period of last year by 13,1% to 288,1 billion rubles owing to growth of volume of the state internal loans. In total expenses on service of a public debt of Russia have increased by 55,8 billion rubles or for 17% — to 383,4 billion rubles. For the corresponding period of 2017 expenses of the federal budget on service of a national debt of Russia have made 327,6 billion rubles, 2016 — 313,9 billion rubles.
