FAS didn't receive the petition of VTB for purchase of "Renaissance" — Rambler News Service


FAS didn't receive the petition of VTB for purchase of bank of "Renaissance", RNS in the press service of department have reported. "The specified petition didn't arrive" — it is said in the statement. Earlier today VTB declared signing of the memorandum of purchase of "Renaissance" with the Bonum Capital fund acting as the organizer of the transaction. VTB has reported about intention to get not less than 75% of "Renaissance" and also that the transaction is planned to be closed in September after receiving all necessary regulatory coordination and corporate decisions of VTB Group. The deputy chairman of board of VTB Anatoly Pechatnikov has told journalists that full integration of banks will take place in 2020. The head of "Renaissance" has appointed the board member of VTB Gennady Soldatenkov.
