FAS has postponed consideration of the complaint of Bashneft to Lukoil — Rambler News Service


The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia has postponed consideration of the complaint of Bashneft and the Bashneft Pole company to Lukoil because of a tariff for transfer of oil in Varandey Terminal, RNS in the press service of department have reported. According to preliminary data, the complaint will be considered by department on October 22. Consideration has been postponed because FAS has requested additional materials on business. "Consideration is postponed previously for October 22 because of need of inquiry of additional materials" — have noted FULL FACE. Bashneft and Bashneft Pole (joint venture of Bashneft and Lukoil) have addressed FAS with the complaint to Lukoil because the oil company, according to Bashneft, using a monopoly position, has established unfairly high tariff for transfer of oil on Varandey Terminal.
