The press service added that statements of Vostochny bank of rather full implementation of instructions of the Central Bank "raise doubts in formalistic approach to such instructions taking into account the continuing restructurings of the corporate credits of bank". According to the press service, restructuring of a toxic portfolio of the credits is the only opportunity to refuse an additional issue.
