According to the investigation, the plane could be shot down by mistake. In May, 2018 Australia and the Netherlands officially accused Russia of the crash of MH17. The position of the countries is created on the basis of withdrawals of the international investigation team, declared in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. However, the Russian Defense Ministry in September, 2018 published an audio recording of negotiations of the Ukrainian military in which air crash of Boeing-777-200 is mentioned. Department said that it is the proof of participation of Ukraine in plane crash. At a briefing also provided data according to which the plane was shot down by a rocket of the Buk complex which was on arms of Ukraine. The judicial hearings of the case of air crash of Malaysia Airlines MH17 in Donbass will begin in March, 2020 in the Netherlands, NOS notes.
