It is specified also that on safety it was entrusted to subgroup to work preparation for "grain truce". However, it is noted that aggravation between parties of the conflict for the last several days prevents introduction of a silence regime which mechanism of introduction was planned to be approved at today's meeting. Also simplified procedure for issue of Russian Federation citizen passports to residents of Donbass was discussed at a meeting of group. The Ukrainian side stated that it is inadmissible. "Such actions block the Minsk process and threaten further process of peaceful settlement" — it is said in the statement. Earlier the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko said in the Facebook that removal of economic blockade from uncontrollable Kiev of certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (ORDLO) and trade with these regions falls under criminal article about terrorism financing. On June 5 in Minsk the meeting to the Tripartite Contact Group (TCG) in Minsk on peaceful settlement of a situation in Donbass following the results of which the OSCE Representative Martin Saydik said that the representative of Ukraine in TKG Kuchma suggested to raise blockade from territories of Donbass not controlled by Kiev took place, reported to BBC. However, Kuchma said that no blockade exists, and the question of removal of temporary restriction by cargo transfer and goods rises at meetings in Minsk constantly, reported 112 TV channel. Economic blockade of the DPR and LPR from Kiev continues since 2017.
