Lukoil has reduced oil production in January-June, 2018 by 1,7% in comparison with an indicator for the same period of last year — to 42,83 million tons, it is said in the statement of the company. Oil production without the Western Kurna-2 project has made 42,061 million tons that is 1,5% less, than in the first half of the year 2017. Gas production by the Lukoil group in the first half of the year 2018 has made 16,126 billion cubic meters that is 20,3% higher than an indicator for the same period of 2017. Average daily extraction of hydrocarbons (without the Western Kurna-2 project) has grown by 3,2% — up to 2,287 million barrels of an oil equivalent a day. "Since January, 2017 the volume and dynamics of daily oil production by the Lukoil group generally are defined by external restrictions of volumes of production of the Russian companies" — it is explained in the message. As the company notes, during the reporting period work on development of priority projects was continued. In particular, in June, 2018 the third well on the second turn of development of the field of V. Filanovsky has been put into operation that has allowed to come to the steady shelf of daily production, equivalent 6 million tons of oil a year. In the first half of the year 2018 production on the field has grown to 2,9 million tons, or for 43% in comparison with the first half of the year 2017. On the second turn of development of the field of a name Yu. Korchagina drilling of the first production well which has been complete in July, 2018 has been begun. The initial output of the well has made 500 tons of oil a day. Development of the Yaregsky field and a permokarbonovy deposit of the Usinsk field has allowed to increase extraction of high-viscosity oil in the first half of the year 2018 to 2 million tons, or for 35% in comparison with the same period of 2017. Oil and gas condensate production on the Pyakyakhinsky field in Western Siberia has grown by 7%, up to 0,8 million tons. The share of five above-mentioned projects in total oil production by Lukoil without the Western Kurna-2 project has made 14% in the first half of the year 2018 that on 3 percentage points exceeds the level of the first half of the year 2017. Development of projects in Uzbekistan became a major factor of growth of gas production. Thanks to start of new capacities for gas preparation production on projects by Kandy and Gissar has grown in the first half of the year 2018 to 6,1 billion cubic meters that is twice more, than in the first half of the year 2017. Processing of oil raw materials at Lukoil Oil Refinery for the first quarter 2018 has made 16,113 million tons that is 0,5% less, than for the same period the previous year. The volume of processing of oil raw materials at Lukoil Oil Refinery in the first half of the year 2018 has grown by 0,8% in comparison with the same period of 2017, up to 32,847 million tons. Processing volume in Russia has increased by 1,8% and was 21,323 million tons. Processing volume in Europe has decreased by 1% - up to 11,524 million tons that is connected with planned repair work at oil refinery in Bulgaria and Italy in the first quarter 2018.
