It is explained by the fact that neither visitors, nor the staff of the center removed the loaded copies so anyone can download them on the external carrier or send itself by mail. The press service of the Ministry of Economic Development reported to the newspaper that infrastructure of MFTs has to conform to requirements of the legislation in the field of information security and also reminded of the methodical recommendations of department to work of the centers in which, in particular, requirements to information security are defined. In Roskomnadzor the edition was told that on the basis of requirements of the law "about personal data", MFTs are obliged to provide maintaining confidentiality. The press service of the centers of state services of Moscow responded to the request of the edition that computers in a zone of electronic services have no full access to the Internet, and administrators of the centers, according to internal rules, once a day clean a desktop and a basket of computers. According to the leading analyst of "Syorchinform" Alexey Parfentyev, malefactors can sell data online. Swindlers can also use scans of documents for advertizing mailings or for receiving microloans in IFI.
