Ministry of Trade of the USA has blacklisted the Estonian companies delivering electronics to Russia — Rambler News Service


The U.S. Department of Commerce has blacklisted two Estonian companies and one enterprise which is based in Moscow, for delivery forbidden for export to the Russian Federation of electronics from the USA. The document posted on the website of the federal register of official documents of the U.S. Government (Federal Register) demonstrates to it. The Eastline Technologies and Adamir companies which are based in Tallinn and the Real Components organization located in Moscow were included in the list. In addition, the former owners of the Estonian enterprises Sergey Vetrov and Valery Kosmachev were included in the list. Ministry of Trade of the USA is sure that they still participate in affairs of firms. According to the document, Vetrov and Kosmachev were owners of Eastline Technologies till 2016. Now Valeria Mikhaylova who allegedly is necessary Kosmachev the daughter owns firm. Now Sergey Vetrov owns Real Components, and Kosmachev – the Adamir company. According to the American department, these firms bought valve matrixes which are programmed by the user in the USA. Then production was transported to Russia through Estonia and Finland without necessary license. As a result Ministry of Trade of the USA has deprived of Vetrov and Kosmachev of "export privileges for 180 days". They are forbidden to buy goods, technologies and ON for which export the license is required. On September 25 Ministry of Trade of the USA has blacklisted 12 Russian companies. Their number had included Dayvtekhnoservice, "Aerokompozit", Scientific Research Institute Vektor, federal state unitary enterprise NPP Gamma, the Obninsk scientific and production enterprise "Tekhnologiya", Nilco Group, NPP of underwater technologies "Okeanos", "Infoteks", "Aviadvigatel", Systems of Precision Instrument Making scientific and production corporation, the Voronezh Scientific Research Institute Vega and Syrus Systems.
