"If you are a conscientious payer – you have no chances to get under check, but if the digital model of Tax administration shows that there are obvious risks, she will begin to work with such subject. Now we check for a third less payers, than five years ago. Only for the last year we have reduced this number across Russia by 11%, and in the Far East - for 22%. Thus, we pursue consistent policy on reduction of number of checks. We come for check only as a last resort when other mechanisms of dialogue don't work", - Mishustin has told. He has noted that FTS helps conscientious taxpayers by fight against the "deviators" using fictitious firms and crushing of business and getting at the expense of it competitive advantage. "We hear request of conscientious business for such elimination of unreasonable competitive advantages and we realize it", - Mishustin has emphasized. According to Mishustin, also business self-control - the coordinated refusal of aggressive schemes in those branches which traditionally till a digital era in large quantities used them is important. "Activity of Tax administration is directed to soft influence, achievement of a compromise here. A task - not to add, and to eliminate violation. Control and analytical work is priority - inspection explains mistakes and suggests to specify obligations independently. It is pleasant that taxpayers meet halfway - already more than a half of additional receipts goes to the budget due to such conciliation procedures, but not checks", - the head of FTS has noted.
