Photo: Pixabay About 70% of the working Russians of pre-retirement age are afraid of dismissal, follows from poll of service for job search and staff recruitment of Superjob. "Superjob has conducted survey in which it has asked Russians of pre-retirement age to answer a question whether they are afraid of dismissal. 69% of the interviewed men aged from 55 up to 60 years and 71% of women from 50 to 55 years have answered in the affirmative" — it is said in the statement of service in the Telegram-channel. The deputy head of Rostrud Denis Vasilyev said earlier that on realization of actions for support of employment it is planned to provide about 7 billion rubles in 2019, it will allow to retrain about 100 thousand employees including people of advanced age. Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has already begun development of the rule of granting and distribution of the interbudgetary transfers to budgets of regions to financing of training of workers because of increase in a retirement age. The Minister of Labour and Social Protection Maxim Topilin reported that next year it is planned to direct 5 billion rubles to the program of retraining of citizens of pre-retirement age. According to him, these programs will be financed from the federal budget. Topilin also noted that since 2019 it is planned to retrain annually 80 thousand workers of pre-retirement age. On July 19 the State Duma has adopted the bill of raising the retirement age offered by the government in the first reading. The document assumes raising the retirement age up to 65 years for men and up to 63 years for women. Under the bill the retirement age is planned to be increased step by step, increasing annually for one year during the period from 2019 to 2034.
