Rosneft has increased capital expenditure in nine months by 7,8% — to 679 billion rubles — Rambler News Service


Rosneft has increased capital expenditure in January — September, 2018 by 7,8% in comparison with an indicator for the same period of last year — to 679 billion rubles, it is said in the statement of the company. In dollar expression the indicator was $11,1 billion, having increased by 2,8%. "Increasing capital investments in nine months of rather same period of 2017 makes about 7,8%, and is connected with implementation of highly effective projects of exploration and production within the approved plan and the strategy of the company in the conditions of a favorable environment" — Rosneft explains. As the company notes, taking into account this factor and mitigation of restrictions of production within the agreement of OPEC the purpose according to the investment program of 2018 about 800 billion rubles has been reconsidered towards increase. Capital expenditure in the III quarter 2018 has made 227 billion rubles ($3,5 billion). At the same time the company in January-September has increased a free cash flow by 4,3 times — to 872 billion rubles. In dollar expression the indicator has grown by 4,1 times and has made $13,9 billion.
