Russia has reduced export of oil to Belarus in January — September, 2018 by 0,7% in comparison with an indicator for the same period of last year — to 13,399 million tons, follows from materials of the Central dispatching management of energy industry (TsDU energy industry). At the same time in September 1,435 million tons of oil have been delivered to Belarus. Deliveries to the Mazyr oil refinery in January — September were reduced by 2,6%, to 7,289 million tons, on Novopolotsk oil refinery — have grown by 1,5%, up to 6,11 million tons. In September deliveries to the Mazyr oil refinery have made 801,9 thousand tons, on Novopolotsk oil refinery — 632,6 thousand tons. According to data of TsDU energy industry, in the III quarter 2018 Russia I have delivered to Belarus 4,399 million tons of oil at the plan in 4,4 million tons. In the I quarter of delivery have made 4,5 million tons, in the II quarter — 4,536 million tons. In 2017 Russia has reduced export of oil to Belarus in comparison with an indicator of 2016 by 0,7% — to 17,998 million tons. Russia and Belarus have signed on April 13, 2017 a package of documents on settlement of disagreements in the oil and gas sphere. Russia will restore supply of oil to Belarus of 24 million tons per year from 2017 to 2024. At the same time 18 million tons from this volume will go to the Belarusian oil refineries. At the beginning of January of the current year the vice-president of Transneft Sergey Andronov noted that the company in 2018 expects preservation of export of oil to Belarus at the level of 18 million tons. At the same time at the beginning of December, 2017 the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Kirill Molodtsov said that the Ministry of Energy has approved indicative balance of supply of oil of Belarus for 2018 at the level of 24 million tons.
