The Greenleas International Holdings, Abiglaze Limited, Crosland Global Limited and Toshi Holdings companies expressed the intention to sell about 1.7% of shares of Evraz, the mining company reported. "Evraz declares that Abiglaze Limited, Crosland Global Limited, Greenleas International Holdings Limited and Toshi Holdings Limited notified Evraz on the intentions to offer about 25 million stocks of the company to sale that makes about 1.7% of the total number of voting shares" — it is said in the statement. Evraz notes that Roman Abramovich indirectly holds shares of mining company through Greenleas International Holdings, Alexander Abramov — through Abiglaze Limited, Alexander Frolov — through Crosland Global Limited, and Evgeny Shvidler — Toshi Holdings. Evraz is vertically integrated metallurgical and mining company. Its assets are in Russia, in Ukraine, in the USA, Canada, the Czech Republic, Italy, Kazakhstan and South Africa. Shareholders of Evraz are Roman Abramovich (29.55% of voting shares), Alexander Abramov (19.98%), Alexander Frolov (9.98%), Gennady Kozovoy (5.77%). Stocks and global depositary receipts of Evraz are trading on the London Stock Exchange.
