The appeal has been registered by court on August 20, 2018. Date of consideration of the complaint isn't appointed yet. In the summer of 2017 it became known that gas turbines of production of the German company Siemens have been delivered to the Crimea to which sanctions of the EU extend. The subsidiary of Rostec — VO Tekhnopromexport — has stated that gas turbines for power plants of the Crimea have been bought in the secondary market and are modernized in Russia. On July 11, 2017 Siemens AG has submitted a claim to Arbitration court of Moscow, as defendants in which JSC Technopromexport Foreign Trade Organization and LLC Technopromexport Foreign Trade Organization act. The company also demands to return the put equipment to the initial destination — Taman (Krasnodar Krai). In the middle of October the Arbitration court of Moscow has accepted the counterclaim of structures of Rostec — joint stock company and LLC Technopromexport Foreign Trade Organization — to Siemens. The companies demanded to recognize invalid three clauses on delivery of gas turbines of 2015. On December 14, 2017 the court has dismissed Siemens of the claim. Then it has been dismissed also the counterclaim. On March 1, 2018 the Ninth arbitration Court of Appeal left the judgment of the first instance without change. On June 14, 2018 the Arbitration court of the Moscow district has dismissed the appeal of Siemens about cancellation of decisions of Arbitration court of Moscow and the Ninth arbitration Court of Appeal.
