Photo: Evgeny of Biyatov/RIA Novosti the First Deputy Prime Minister and the Finance Minister Anton Siluanov doesn't see sense to change the system of collection of a personal income tax in the next six years, a vow he has reported during the performance at the Moscow financial forum. "In my opinion, on the forthcoming shestiletka we don't have sense to change conditions of the taxation of income tax, and there we will look" — he has told, answering a question of a possibility of introduction of an ascending scale of a personal income tax. According to Siluanov, "from the point of view of taxation of the rich we have surtaxes on luxury, on apartments, on expensive cars, our rich pay more within formation of pension system because those levels of contributions to the Pension fund, they are made in such a way that the rich pay from the income, but don't receive so many pensions how many those who have no such big earnings receive". "We say that now … this tax works, well is administered, gathers, people know how many they will pay today and tomorrow, in three-five years therefore we consider that there are here no bases to speak about change of this tax" — Siluanov has added.
