The owner of the license, Forbes Media LLC has prolonged the license of the magazine till 2023. Other magazines were included into the transaction. "The businessman Magomed Musayev has redeemed 100% of shares of company "AC RUS MEDIA" from Alexander Fedotov. As a part of the transaction the owner of a brand, the Forbes Media LLC company, has prolonged till 2023 the license for the Forbes edition in Russia" — the press service of media group has reported. Structures of the new owner will undertake repayment of debts on taxes and other payments of the Russian Forbes. "Natalya Gandurina is appointed the publisher of Forbes, Nikolay Mazurin will fulfill the editor-in-chief duties, Nikolay Uskov will return to Forbes on a new position of the editorial director" — it is noted in the message of ACMG. Both Uskov, and Gandurina submitted claims against the publisher of the magazine earlier, demanding to reinstate as them. Also a claim against Uskov was submitted by Alexander Fedotov, having accused him of disclosure of a trade secret. As a result of the transaction of the party have agreed to withdraw all claims for the relation to each other. The amount of transaction in the message doesn't reveal. Magomed Musayev is the Russian businessman, the founder and the president of the international holding Global Venture Alliance (GVA) operating a portfolio of investments for $120 million is marked out in the message of ACMG. The holding has been founded in 2011 and unites acceleration and educational programs, venture and charity foundations and also research institutes. In GVA portfolio more than 40 projects, among them there is Luminar (technology of laser recognition of obstacles and an environment for autonomous cars), Coub (a video hosting of the short looped rollers), Solomoto (the online platform for small and medium business on management of social networks and mobile devices), etc.
