The Bank of Russia in September has recorded decrease in number of complaints of consumers of financial services by 19% in comparison with August, is reported in the press release of the regulator. "In September, 2018 the number of appeals and complaints to the Bank of Russia both on banks, and on not credit financial credit institutions (NCFCI) has considerably decreased (by 19%)", - it is said in the statement. Concerning NFO 5,4 thousand complaints have arrived that is 22% less in comparison with August. Including on a quarter the number of complaints to insurers - has decreased to 3,2 thousand, the number of addresses concerning subjects of collective investments was reduced by 34%. The Central Bank notes that decrease in number of complaints to banks was not such considerable and has made 16,5%. Them 8,7 thousand have arrived. Among these complaints of 40% concern consumer crediting where the main problems are a repayment of the credits and imposing of services at signing of the contract. The share of addresses concerning mortgage lending, cash cards and ATMs, credit history is also big. 80% of complaints concerning subjects of insurance business make the questions connected with the CMTPL, however their quantity has decreased by 25% in comparison with the last month and was 2,6 thousand. Most often such addresses are connected with problems at application of coefficient a bonus-malus. "Considerable decrease in number of complaints from the population can be caused by a seasonal factor: in an early autumn of addresses usually arrives less, than in summer months. In 2017 the number of the complaints received in September in comparison with August has decreased by 16,57%. At the same time in absolute values in 2018 decrease has made 3,653 thousand complaints, and in 2017 – 3,705 thousand" — notes the regulator. At the same time taking into account other complaints, addresses and offers for September the regulator has received 16,9 thousand complaints from consumers of financial services.
