Makovsky will release Oleg Isaev who heads the company since 2012 from this duty. "In the nearest future Oleg Isaev from a duty of the CEO of IDGC of Centre will be released by Igor Makovsky, now he runs Yantarenergo" — I have told the source familiar with a situation. According to him, the board of directors will appoint Makovsky the CEO in the nearest future. Under Makovsky "already prepare an office", I have specified a source. Other informed source has confirmed Makovsky's appointment, having specified that change of the CEO of IDGC is the resolved issue, however formally the board of directors of the company should approve her. "Makovsky in economy had many old networks therefore his experience definitely is useful at a new position" — I have added a source. The current CEO of the company Oleg Isaev can become the chairman of the board of directors of IDGC of Centre, but this issue isn't resolved yet, has explained one of sources. The press service of IDGC of Centre didn't begin to comment on the expected change of the CEO. "As of September 7, 2018 the CEO of the company is Oleg Yuryevich Isaev" — the representative of IDGC of Centre has noted. Igor Makovsky was born on May 24, 1972 in Semipalatinsk. In July, 2012 by the decision of the annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC IDGC Holding it is elected as a member of the board of directors of Yantarenergo. In August of the same year the decision of the board of directors of Yantarenergo it is appointed the acting as the CEO of the company. In October, 2012 it is appointed the CEO of Yantarenergo. In September, 2015 the decision of the board of directors of Yantarenergo it is elected the CEO of the company till September, 2018. IDGC of Centre — one of the interregional distribution grid companies, largest in Russia. The company does business in the territory of 11 areas of the Central part of Russia. Rosseti hold a controlling stake of the company (50,23%).
