"I consider the Forbes magazine an interesting asset, and I really think of his purchase, but I didn't speak about it with Alexander Fedotov yet. He with the similar offer also didn't address me" — he has told. The top manager of the large media company has told RNS that Solopov was interested in purchase of Forbes in partnership with the ex-owner of Yugra bank Alexey Hotin. "Lately Dmitry Solopov, he together with Alexey Hotin was interested in the magazine" — I have told a source. Solopov has denied information on interest, joint with Hotin, in the magazine. "I never communicated with him in life" — he has told. According to other source, Solopov began to show interest in Forbes at the beginning of August. "Consultations on sale of Forbes take place under the influence of the owner of the license, Forbes Media who are disturbed by current situation with the Russian magazine" — claims a source, familiar with a situation, without calling the potential buyer. With the assistance of Dmitry Solopov he isn't informed on negotiations. He emphasizes that Fedotov isn't interested to sell only Forbes. It is interesting to it to conduct negotiations on sale of all pool of the ACMG magazines: OK!, GEO and Gala Biography, L' Officiel, Numero, SNC, etc. "Lately Fedotov received several good offers on purchase of Forbes, but he has consistently rejected each of them" — the top manager of other media company has told RNS, without having called applicants. Fedotov hasn't answered the questions RNS at the time of the publication of material. The PR-director of ACMG Dmitry Ozman didn't begin to comment on information on negotiations. In the Progress PR-agency which founder is Solopov and which represented the interests of Yugra bank and its shareholders earlier RNS have reported that they don't comment on this subject. It wasn't succeeded to contact Hotin's representative at the time of the publication. The businessman Alexander Fedotov has acquired Forbes in the fall of 2015. Besides the business magazine as a result of the transaction with the German publishing house Axel Springer the businessman has received OK!, GEO and "Gala Biography". At that time Fedotov already had glossy magazines L' Officiel, Numero, SNC, Port, Golf Digest, Interni and OBJEKT Russia.
