According to Interfax, Sergey Polyakov was the CEO of "United Grain Company" (UGC) earlier and also his brother of Magomed is detained in the matter of the co-owner of the Sums group Ziyavudin Magomedov. Before September 4 Tverskoy district court has arrested the ex-head of the department of maintenance of business of OZK Roman Gribanov till November 3, 2018. According to the investigators, Polyakov and Gribanov in 2012-2013 together with unidentified accomplices have stolen $20,25 million at OZK, concluding fictitious contracts for delivery and transfer of agricultural products with the British company Newbay Investments. Earlier it was reported that brothers Magomedov are accused of creation of criminal community, plunders in especially large sizes and especially large waste. According to the investigators, they have stolen budgetary funds for the sum about 2,5 billion rubles. OZK is included into the list of five companies, being the victims on business. Also it was reported that on March 31 Tverskoy Court of Moscow has arrested Magomedov till May 30, 2018. Later arrest is prolonged till August 5, and then till November 5. Defendants in the case are suspected of fraud, plunders and the organization of criminal community. Brothers Magomedov accuse 2,5 billion rubles of plunder. Within criminal case concerning brothers Magomedov accounts and assets of 24 companies are arrested, it is seized bank accounts and money of Magomedov and also security arrest for four cars, two apartments and for a share in authorized capitals of legal entities.
