Photo: PhotoXPress.ru charge under article 160 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is brought to the President of the Compulink IT company Mikhail Lyashchu (Waste), the correspondent of RNS from the courtroom tells. Earlier charge under article 159 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has been brought to him (Large scale fraud). "I ask court to attach the resolution on attraction of Lyashcha as obvinyamoy as regards the 4th article 160 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" — the investigator has told during consideration of the appeal on the decision of Tverskoy Court on arrest of Lyashcha till November 20. During court session the investigator has attached the protocol of interrogation and the resolution on attraction of Lyashcha to criminal liability. Protection doesn't call the sum of alleged waste. Following the results of a meeting the judge has postponed court session for October 10. Earlier protection has filed two appeals in which it asked to cancel the decision of Tverskoy Court and to choose the measure of restraint which isn't connected with detention. Lawyers in appeals claim that funds write-off was applied within business activity that isn't violation of the law. Also in the complaint it is told that the investigation hasn't produced all evidence for decision, and the measure of restraint is too severe. Tverskoy district court of Moscow has arrested Mikhail Lyashcha at the end of September. Charge as regards the 4th article 159 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has been brought to him. The maximum punishment under this article – 10 years of imprisonment and a penalty up to 1 million rubles. Compulink emphasized that Lyashcha's arrest is connected with his personal investments into IT projects, in particular with activity of the Simbiotel company founded in 2008. Simbiotel is a developer of the EZTalk application for calls and messages by means of 3G networks, Wi-Fi, EDGE and GPRS. The project has attracted 90 million rubles investments. In 2010 the project has been recognized unprofitable, and service has stopped work. The Compulink group of companies is engaged in rendering of services in the sphere of information technologies and consulting, is reported on the website of the company. The company following the results of 2017 has taken the 13th place in TOP 100 of the IT companies of Russia in the research IDC Russia.
