The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation sees the potential of further increase in prices for oil in the short term, the Minister of Energy Alexander Novak has told journalists on the sidelines of the international forum "Russian Power Week". "Now the potential of growth is in connection with uncertainty. All will depend on a final trend" — the minister has told.
