By words Mandelker, "from the moment of imposition of sanctions the estimated Deripaska's condition has dropped approximately by 50%, and the value of the stock of En, after imposition of sanctions, has decreased from $12,20 to $5,40 for paper on the London Stock Exchange". In the report it is noted that "by data "reliable" media, Vekselberg's condition has dropped by $3 billion, with about $16,4 billion as of April 5, 2018 to about $13,5 billion as of July 26, 2018". During the performance Mandelker has added that Renova Group of Vekselberg has been forced to refuse the enterprises in Switzerland and Italy. At hearings the American policy of sanctions against Russia is considered. Mandelker supervises counteraction to terrorism and financial investigation. "Actions (American) Ministry of Finance had extensive consequences for the financial interests infringed natural and legal entities including blocking of the Russian assets for hundreds of millions dollars in the United States" — Mandelker notes. On April 6, 2018 the USA has imposed sanctions against 24 physical and 14 legal entities. Among them: Russian businessmen Oleg Deripaska, Igor Rotenberg, Victor Vekselberg and also companies En Group, GAZ Group, Basic Element, Rosoboronexport, UC Rusal, Renova group.
