The decision on transfer has followed because of signing by search engines and owners of the memorandum of anti-counterfeiting protection of content on the Internet. Today we have filed a petition for adjournment of judicial proceedings on the real business for assessment of further actions. Consideration of claims is postponed by court for December 6. On Wednesday, November 7, the Moscow City Court has postponed consideration of claims of two other TV channels "Gazprom media" — Super and TB3 — to "Yandex" for December 5 in connection with signing of the anti-counterfeiting memorandum. In total Gazprom media TV channels in August have submitted four claims to "Yandex", having demanded to oblige to stop "Yandex" creation of the specifications providing placement of piracy copies of series and movies on the website of search engine. "Yandex", in turn, claimed that the imposed requirements are unrealizable as the search engine doesn't post online content and can't separate controversial content in search delivery from legal. Last week searchers and owners, including Gazprom media and "Yandex", have signed the anti-counterfeiting memorandum according to which owners will acquire the right to submit applications for inclusion in the register of references to piracy resources which is specially created within three weeks. After check administrators of services have to remove the specified references from search delivery within six hours.
