The net profit of Sibur according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) has grown in the III quarter 2018 by 36,9% in comparison with an indicator for the same period of last year and has made 37,022 billion rubles, it is said in the statement of the company. Net profit for January-September has decreased by 10,8% and has made 82,89 billion rubles. The revenue of the company in the III quarter has made 156,322 billion rubles that is 38,8% more, than for the same period of last year. Operating expenses have increased for 29,6% — up to 104,279 billion rubles. Profit before the taxation has made 45,759 billion rubles that is 33,1% more, than in the III quarter of last year. The profit relating to shareholders of the parent company has grown by 35,8% and has made 35,541 billion rubles. The indicator of EBITDA has grown by 1,5 times and has made 60,966 billion rubles. The revenue of the company in January-September has made 414,016 billion rubles, is 27,6% more, than for the same period of last year. Operating expenses have increased for 23,8% — up to 290,363 billion rubles. Profit before the taxation has made 105,081 billion rubles that is 9,2% less, than in nine months of last year. The profit relating to shareholders of the parent company has decreased by 12,5% and has made 79,61 billion rubles. The indicator of EBITDA has grown by 29,6% and has made 150,154 billion rubles. "The indicator of EBITDA of the company has grown by 29,6% and has made 150,2 billion rubles thanks to growth of this indicator in a segment of gas processing and infrastructure and in a segment of plastics, elastomers and intermediate products that has been partially leveled by decrease in this indicator in a segment of olefins and polyolefins mainly at the expense of the advancing increase in prices for raw materials in comparison with the prices of finished goods" — the company explains. Capital investments of the company in nine months 2018 have grown by 20,8% in comparison with an indicator of the same period of last year and have made 104,9 billion rubles. At the same time Sibur has increased a net debt since the beginning of 2018 by 15,1% — to 303,793 billion rubles as of September 30, 2018. The net debt of the company for December 31, 2017 made 263,888 billion rubles. The ratio has made a net debt / EBITDA as of September 30, 2018 1,6kh against 1,6kh for December 31, 2017. As of September 30 the total amount of debt obligations of the company was 322,966 billion rubles, having increased by 3,4% in comparison with an indicator for December 31, 2017. As the company notes, growth of an indicator has happened owing to new selections within the credit lines attracted to implementation of the project ZapSibNeftekhim and also depreciation of ruble concerning dollar and euro. At the same time growth of a total debt has been partially compensated by decrease in debt, not connected ache with construction of the project ZapSibNeftekhim.
