The net profit of Yunipro according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) was reduced in 2018 twice in comparison with an indicator of previous year and was 16.618 billion rubles, it is told in the report of the company. The revenue of the company grew for the reporting period by 1.6% and was 77.777 billion rubles. "The following factors had significant effect on results of the company in 2018: increase in proceeds from sales of power on the PDM (to contracts on granting power. - RNS) on Surgut-2 Power Station; decrease in proceeds from sales of the electric power as a result of reduction of volume of generation at power plants of Yunipro in the reporting period which was partially compensated by increase in power production in the IV quarter 2018", - the company notes. Operating expenses increased by 2.8% and made 58.29 billion rubles. EBITDA indicator in the reporting period was 27.925 billion rubles, having reduced by 41.2%. "Decrease in EBITDA by 41.2% in comparison with previous year happened under the influence of disposable effect – the insurance compensation received in 2017 of 20.4 billion rubles. Without this factor growth of EBITDA in comparison with 2017 would be 2.9%", - explains Yunipro. Profit before taxation for the reporting period reached 20.444 billion rubles against 40.966 billion rubles the previous year (decrease twice). Yunipro (earlier - "E.ON Russia") — affiliated structure of the German Uniper. The enterprise is engaged in production and sale of electric and thermal energy and power. Five power plants are a part of concern: Surgut-2 Power Station, Beryozovskaya GRES, Shaturskaya GRES, Smolensk state district power plant and Yayvinsky state district power plant. The general rated capacity reaches 11.2 GW. Electricity generation in 2017 was 48.2 billion кВт⋅ч, thermal energy — 2.127 million Gcal.
