As appears from information on the website of Tverskoy Court of Moscow, the judgment about a penalty for New Times and Evgenia Albats was accepted at a meeting on October 25. The magazine has been recognized violated article 13.15.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences — "failure to provide or untimely granting mass media by the editorial office, the speaker or publisher of information on receiving money which is provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation on mass media". Violation under this article attracts imposing of an administrative penalty on officials at the rate from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities — from single to the double sum of money which are received by the editorial office of mass media, the speaker or the publisher and information about which receiving has to provide.
