In the resolution it is specified carrying out one of searches (the copy is at the disposal of RNS) that the search is carried out on the proceedings initiated on September 20 on essential elements of offense, the criminal code of the Russian Federation provided by the point of part 4 of article 158 — thefts in especially large size. The maximum punishment under this article - imprisonment for a period of up to 10 years with a penalty to 1 million rubles. "During interrogation as the victim, Gusev P. N. has pointed to Yefimova E. V., as to the person who has committed this crime. So, the last has reported that during telephone conversation with Yefimova E. V. he knew that his property is stolen by the last" — it is specified in the resolution. In the document it is also noted that Yefimova has been interrogated on September 24, she denies the fault.
