The RPF has told about the mechanism of payments of social pensions to the working pensioners — Rambler News Service

TASS with reference to the press service of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (PFRF) reports about it. "It is the provision operating many years which is enshrined in the federal law on pensions on the state providing - paragraph 5 of article 11 166-FZ" — have explained in RPF. The RPF has also reminded that the social old-age pension isn't paid during work performance: to the citizens of Russia who have reached a retirement age and also the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship of a retirement age who are constantly living in the territory of Russia not less than 15 years. According to the legislation, social pension is established to citizens who didn't work or haven't got the full-fledged experience necessary for receiving insurance pension, have noted in RPF. The fund has reported that in Russia recipients of social pension are about 3,2 million people. Earlier mass media reported that Ministry of Labor intends to cancel a social old-age pension to the working pensioners. As earlier reported to RNS, the insurance old-age pension of unemployed pensioners will grow by the end of 2019 in relation to the end of 2018 on average by 919,41 rub, follows from the explanatory note to the bill of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection "About the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for 2019 and planning period of 2020 and 2021". According to data of the table "Average Sizes of Pensions", by the end of 2019 taking into account the planned actions for indexation, the average insurance old-age pension of unemployed pensioners will make 15,33 thousand rubles, for the end of 2018 the size of such pension will be 14,41 thousand rubles.
