The official representative of department Alexander Kurennoy on air on the website of the State Office of Public Prosecutor has reported about it. "Each case concerning each of these citizens understands thoroughly here, in the State Office of Public Prosecutor... If the person has to be punished according to the law, then he has to arrive too here, he has to render the maximum help to the investigation, and as a result or to be exempted from criminal prosecution, or to incur deserved punishment. If the person, according to us, the businessman isn't, then we all the same would recommend to him to return, posotrudnichat with the investigation, to work over it, and in further life to leave the honest and clean person" — Kurennoy has told. The representative of department has noted that the State Office of Public Prosecutor doesn't agree with a position which was stated by defenders of business, concerning all persons involved in the list. "What we stand on, and what we will try to obtain that those persons involved in this list concerning whom there is an opportunity not to apply such measure of restraint as detention, of course, we will insist on it. Another thing is that we don't agree with a position which was stated by defenders of business, concerning all, so to say, persons involved in the list. There are people who, according to us, have there no right to be which businessmen to call difficult" — he has added.
